This place is so under rated! Great food and even better service. Amazing neighborhood "hole in the wall spot". Such a gem. Must check it out!!

The food was authentic and delicious. We ordered on our mobile. The staff was very friendly and showed us around the karaoke room -- free to sing for 30 min if eating there and the room was not booked. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. We were able to sit there for a long time and enjoyed our food slowly. Def will go back! Parking was street parking - I was able to find a spot easily.

Restaurant was clean and very cute, had a nice ambiance. Skewers are very good, they came out fresh and hot. My only complaint was that maybe a teensy bit undersalted, but their spice blend was perfect, reminiscent of the 串 I had when living in China. Favs of the night were lamb (of course), zucchini, taishan cauliflower, green beans, and beef tendon. Their non-skewer food was nothing to write home about so I would avoid and skip (other than the deep fried bao with condensed milk if feeling dessert). Water had a very tap taste.

I had just come back from a month-long trip to Beijing, missing my Meituan-delivered skewers a little extra. My boyfriend looked up three Chinese BBQ restaurants only to find out two of them were permanently closed. Blessing in disguise, though -- this joint lived up to my standards as someone who has her palate spoiled by affordable, traditional Chinese food. If that's not high praise, I don't know what is. The squid was my favorite, seasoned with I'm-not-even-sure-what but it's delicious. My boyfriend loved the oysters, scallops (with vermicelli!), and enoki mushrooms. I couldn't miss out on the rice cake even though it's a dessert-ish dish here drizzled with condensed milk versus the skewered/dry-rub ones I had in Beijing. The wonton soup and fried rice were surprisingly authentic too (yes, we ordered a bunch), only the Chinese chives were a little rough on the teeth but that's hardly their fault. Paired with some lychee beer, it was the best dinner we've had in a while. For my Chinese folks, the 烤冷面 was not the best I've had. But in the time being of lacking traditional Chinese food options in Seattle, I still ordered it the second time I went for dinner. Lovely staff too, couldn't figure out why the restaurant was so empty both times we were there!

Love their skewered here! We ordered quite a few just to try it out and were quite pleased with everyone of them. We had the grilled beef tongue, lamb, squid tentacles, abalone, enoki, and the fried buns with condensed milk. We also got the Chuan BBQ rice which let you choose 3 proteins and 2 vegetables to go with the rice. That's be a good option if you want to try a few skewers without putting in a big order. For drinks, we got the Kirin Ichban beer - the best combo you could ask to go with skewers! We also liked the atmosphere here - very spacious and with cute decorations. While waiting for food, you can also play board games provided on the shelf (although I'd say food came very quickly so we didn't even have time for it)

Went here for the first time the other day with a group of my friends. They were able to seat our group of 7 fairly quickly for a Friday night at around 7pm. There is parking located just around the corner. It was full at the time, however, the street parking was plentiful. The food was great. Its even better if you enjoy spice. Ordering was a little difficult as we had all ordered using our phones, but it looked like they were set to two different table numbers, thus, confusing where the food should be distributed once it arrived. I think there could be a better way to have that situated, as we did not get everything we ordered by the end of our time there. Not sure if there was a mix up or something, but the app could use some work as you are not able to go back to check what you have already ordered. The lights are a bit dim and a loud sound effect, probably from some app, kept playing loudly from behind the counter. We assumed it was an employees phone. It wouldn't have been an issue, but it just kept going off and interrupting our meal. I'd definitely come here again, but maybe in a small group so there is not another mix up with the food. The noise from the phone didn't bother me too much, but hopefully its not a regular occurance.

This is an amazing authentic Chinese restaurant that specializes in Chinese BBQ. I arrived shortly before closing but still received good service. I ordered fried noodles and spicy combination for 2 dish, with lamb, pork and wings. All dishes were exceptional and had amazing flavor and a great presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Chinese Food.

Pretty authentic north-eastern Chinese skewers. I'd recommend also ordering the spicy spice to dip or add on to the skewers if you're looking for more of a kick. I highly recommend their squid. It has a sweet curry flavor and just packed with flavors, not dry at all. This is the spot if you're looking for a pretty authentic Chinese bbq.
